Review of Structural Dynamics; Continuous Systems; Introduction to FEM; Fourier Transform; Data Acquisition and Signal Processing; Random Vibrations; Sensors; System Identification; Damage Detection; Introduction to Passive Control; Nonlinear Analysis; Active Control; Semiactive Control; Hybrid Simulation

The objective of this course is to let students learn and practice advanced structural dynamics, smart sensing systems, and smart control systems.
